Payment and Virtual Items
Virtual Items
License Grant: Virtual items (obtained through purchase, gameplay, or redemption) are licensed, not sold. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use them within the App for non-commercial purposes only.
Modifications and Restrictions: Bitneststudio LTD may modify or discontinue virtual items at any time without notice. Virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred, sold, or traded outside of the App’s permitted functionality.
Purchases and Refunds: All virtual item purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by mandatory local law. We are not obligated to refund virtual items for account termination, app discontinuation, or loss due to unauthorized access.
Usage and Termination: Unused virtual items are forfeited upon account deletion, termination, or cessation of App use, with no compensation provided.
Subscriptions
Subscription Mechanism: Purchasing a subscription grants immediate access to premium features and billing will recur monthly (or at the selected interval) until canceled. Payments are processed through platform-specific stores, which govern their own terms.
Free Trials: Trial subscriptions automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends. Activating a paid subscription during a trial forfeits any remaining trial period.
Renewal and Cancellation: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through platform settings. Email requests to cancel are not valid. Failure to pay for renewal will result in subscription termination.
Pricing and Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Prices are quoted in USD, with local currency equivalents subject to exchange rates. We may modify pricing with advance notice, and changes will apply at the next renewal.

Termination

Disclaimer of Warranties

Bitneststudio LTD explicitly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to: warranties of merchantability (that the Services will meet standard quality expectations for their intended use); fitness for a particular purpose (that the Services will function as specifically required by individual users); and non-infringement (that the Services will not violate any third-party intellectual property rights).
It is further clarified that Bitneststudio LTD does not warrant or guarantee that the Services will operate without interruption, that access to the Services will be secure from unauthorized access or breaches, or that the Services will be free from errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions. Any reliance on the Services’ performance, availability, or suitability for specific needs is solely at the user’s own risk.
Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Belfast, United Kingdom.
General Provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bitneststudio LTD regarding the Services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
